In the lounges, the designer used oversize beachy slip-covered furniture and a range of sculptural case goods on top of large, chunky wool and sisal rugs to create an eco-glam look.

“It’s like living in a luxury hotel, with concierge service, in-room dining and maid service,” Ms. Rainer said. “The owners can rent it out—or not.”

The Stats

The two-story condo has 3,955 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bath. There are balconies on both floors, with a total 745 square feet of outdoor space.
