An expansive Balinese home in Pinecrest is hoping the realtor that sold LeBron James’ mansion in Coconut Grove can finally sell the 15,000-square-footer that has been on and off the market since January 2015 with two previous brokerages.
The ask is now $8.345 million, listed with Tomi Rose of Opulence International Realty. The initial listing price was $9.2 million before several price reductions.
The two-story home has nine bedrooms sitting on two acres, with reflecting water loggias and floating limestone at the center of the estate.
