A billionaire hedge fund manater has bought a $20 million condo in Miami Beach, according to a news report.
James G. Dinan, a minority owner of the Milwaukee Bucks basketball team, joined the list of ultra wealthy owners in Faena House, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

Tower 3315 LLC, Alan Faena’s development company, sold Unit 14-A to a trust in the name of Dinan, the founder of New York-based York Capital Management. Bank of America awarded him a $10 million, 15-year mortgage for the second home, the Business Journal said.
