Bulla Gastrobar owners announce new concept, restaurant openings in Kendall, Doral, Sunrise, Winter Park – South Florida Business Journal

With restaurant openings slated for South Florida’s Metropica and Downtown Doral projects, Centurion Restaurant Group will soon insert its brands into some of the region’s most highly anticipated developments.

The Miami company is behind Bulla Gastrobar, a casual bar that serves Spanish and Catalan cuisine.They operate a single location in Coral Gables, but the firm is about to open at least two more, and debut a new Peruvian concept in Kendall. Then, there are plans to expand both concepts rapidly across Florida and outside the state, said Centurion’s VP Juan Carlos Marchan.
