My Ceviche recently opened a new location at 232 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and they are serving up freshness with a side of chips! Aside from their always delicious ceviche made with red onions, cilantro, jalapenos, tomatoes, sweet potato and yellow corn, they have tacos, burritos, salads and bowls which you can customize with your choice of protein (chicken, fish, shrimp, octopus), coconut jasmine rice, quinoa or greens, queso fresco, pickled onions, radishes and fresh guacamole to name a few. They also have lettuce tacos for those counting carbs and calories. And don’t forget to try some of their signature sauces like pico de gallo, lime roasted jalapeno mayo, tomatillo, salsa roja and habanero. Ay-yai-yai! This is truly fast fresh food for those looking for a quick yet nutritious meal. Oh… And most choices are under $10. We wish them the best of luck!
