The waterfront Fairchild Coconut Grove, a luxury boutique development that’s expected to break ground in the coming months at 3581 East Glencoe Street (just south of Mercy Hospital), sold two penthouse residences for a total of $8.5 million.

The three-bedroom unit encompasses 3,200 square feet of interior space while a four-bedroom residence checks in at 4,100 square feet. Both offer 13-foot ceilings, private elevator access, full wraparound terraces, and the standard features found throughout the mid-rise development: direct bay views, natural stone flooring, outdoor showers, and chef-inspired kitchens.

Amenities within the ROVR Development project include a holistic wellness spa with hammam, steam, and sauna; treatment rooms; a rooftop pool deck with cabanas; outdoor movie theater; high-tech gym; serenity garden; floating dock; and bayside lounge. There’s also a multi-slip marina on site.

One penthouse remains in the 26-unit development, which is designed by Max Strang with interiors by Rafael de Cárdenas.

It’s expected to be completed in 2018.
