I was recently invited and honored to attend the Grand Opening of OBBA Sushi & More’s Coral Gables restaurant located at 2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in the heart of Coral Gables, Florida. Upon entering, I immediately fell in love with the trendy black and white décor including a full length moss wall. Everything was phenomenal! From the live Taiko musicians to the overflowing champagne, wine and specialty martinis to the generous supply of their wide variety of rolls. The friendly and attentive servers provided attendees with numerous samples of Salmon Avocado Tartar, Jalapeno Popper Roll, Ceviche Roll and Tuna Tataki among many, many others. Everything was so fresh and beautifully prepared. It was a true foodie event! OBBA is also participating in Coral Gables Restaurant Week and have very reasonable lunch specials along with a daily happy hour form 4pm-7pm with 2 for 1 rolls, beer, wine and drinks. I wish OBBA Sushi & More the best of luck with their new location!
