Described as “interactive Japanese cuisine”
When you think of fine dining, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino isn’t usually the first place that comes to mind — but it looks like they’re trying to change that.
Coming this Spring to the gaming mecca is Kuro, described in its press release as, “a sophisticated, social and interactive Japanese restaurant” that’ll serve up “New Style Japanese cuisine” by Executive Chef Alex Becker.
As you can see in the above picture, construction is moving right along on the space with bar currently being installed and a massive chandelier over head. Stay tuned for more information and official opening dates. [EaterWire]
