In an effort to promote a healthier community and teach children that making healthy food choices can be fun, West Kendall Baptist Hospital, its executive chef Edgardo Llopiz and its culinary ambassador chef Adrianne Calvo are hosting a month-long boot camp for kids. During the weekly sessions, they will teach participants about food and help them create their own dishes in an engaging and dynamic environment.
