How much do the keys to your own private key in the Florida Keys cost? They’re just $95 million. The sellers of Pumpkin Key, a small island in Card Sound off the coast of northern Key Largo, have cut their original asking price by $15 million. That makes it a bargain, right?
Pumpkin Key went on the market in 2014 for $110 million. It was one of the most expensive new residential listings put on the American market that year and the most expensive in Florida. (It has since been eclipsed by an insane $159 million listing in Broward County.) Apparently, no one was willing to pay the price, so it’s been discounted, according to Curbed……
